Account Executive - USA, East Coast (m/f/d)

YOUR CHALLENGE AT WIRE 

Be ready to play an essential role by joining our Commercial Team led by our VP Sales Helmut. Your task is to build sustainable partnerships with your identified customer portfolio while embodying a customer-centric mentality that demonstrates good tact and diplomacy in dealing with customers, executives and other management levels. You are a central contact person and you enjoy supporting our sales partners and developing them along our corporate goals. Your new area of expertise:

  • You take charge of sales for your own customer base from a wide variety of industries: from the public sector and government agencies to mid-sized companies and large corporations, you are able to adapt to diverse organizational forms with great sensitivity
  • You will provide customized product presentations and initiate contract initiation with customers of Wire after intensive onboarding
  • You easily identify upselling potential and work with the Customer Success team to add value for your partners after learning about our customer landscape and infrastructure
  • You excel at building sustainable, reliable and trusting customer relationships and are in regular contact with customers
  • You work closely with the Demand Generation team in qualifying leads and then taking them over
  • You communicate accurately at various hierarchical levels and inspire interested customers at sales presentations for Wire 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • You’ve gained several years successful and relevant work experience in a sales executive management or other sales roles, preferably in SaaS and Cyber Security industry
  • You have a successful track record of selling complex-solutions directly to large companies (Fortune 1000), organizations and the public sector
  • You are highly proficient written and spoken English 
  • You’re persuasive and have excellent negotiation and presentation skills. You can effectively communicate with both, technology-oriented and senior business executives at the C-level, and are comfortable articulating the technical and business value of Wire
  • You can effectively articulate financial ROI/TCO value, and build value throughout the negotiation process
  • You are competitive and driven to achieve goals
  • You have a consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions
  • You are flexible, adaptive, and resilient
