Sales Development Representative - German Speaker

We want to become the leader for secure collaboration in the world. Be ready to play an essential role in achieving this goal by joining one of our European sales teams. You will create first milestones for Wire and become a pioneer in transforming how organizations and governments communicate securely. As a Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for the active development of our Sales Pipeline. You work closely with the Country Manager and Account Executives to generate leads in the new market, which makes you an integral part of our Growth Strategy in the DACH region. Your new area of expertise: 

  • You'll develop and implement strategies for outbound lead generation
  • You'll research, identify, and actively approach new potential customers in our markets in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria
  • You'll determine and clarify requirements or challenges of Wire's target group and will mediate the first solution for secure collaboration
  • You'll build trustful relationships with Wire's target companies to establish an active dialogue with decision-makers
  • You'll pass qualified leads to the Account Executive
  • You already have gained experience in exchange with customers, preferably in the B2B area (e.g. call center, communication, event management, etc.) and embody a strong business acumen
  • You are passionate about software products and ready to work with them
  • You embody the entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality while you enjoy being challenged in a performance-orientated and numbers-driven work environment
  • You identify yourself as an active listener who communicates purposefully and confidently and is always proactive
  • You can create trust and enthusiasm with potential customers through your positive, energetic and creative way of communication
  • You can demonstrate great presentation and communication skills
  • You're fluent in German and English, French language skills are considered as a plus
